Delivery policy

Online service only

BoloBots is an online service. Nothing is shipped to you by post or courier, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get access

Your plan or recharge pack starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.

You receive a GST invoice in Settings → Billing.

Posts and videos

Posts are usually ready within a minute and videos within a few minutes. Everything you make is saved in your account as a draft for you to check and download.

Problems

If your plan is not active within an hour of paying, write to support@bolobots.com.
